Delivered at Casual Connect USA 2017. The vision and scope of Destiny have required growth in both the size and diversity of specializations in Bungie engineering. In this talk, Luke will share lessons learned from embracing and managing that growth while touching on culture- and development-defining events in Bungie’s history. Takeaways will include our people management best practices, organizational heuristics, and work/life balance principles that have taken us through Destiny 2 development and beyond.
